On Line Merchant Accounts

We have seen that in MOTO transactions the cardholder is not present.  In On Line transactions, the merchant is not present. 

The cardholder initiates the transaction by giving his payment information to a website.  There are procedures that need to be followed to protect the cardholder’s identity and guard against fraud.
