Guides to determine your Self Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ)
A – Merchant Guide to SAQ-A: Card-Not-Present (e-commerce or MOTO) merchants who have outsourced all cardholder data functions. Not for face-to-face merchants.
B – Merchant Guide to SAQ-B: Stand-alone dial-up merchants and imprint-only merchants with no cardholder data storage.
C – Merchant Guide to SAQ-C: Merchants with payment application systems connected to the internet but with no electronic cardholder data storage on the premises.
D – Merchant Guide to SAQ-D: All other merchants (not included in the SAQ-A, SAQ-B, or SAQ-C descriptions, and all service providers defined by a card brand as eligible to complete an SAQ.
